• Plan, manage coordinate and conduct the movements of the client, and provide the link between the client and the Operations Manager and to manage and ensure the team is trained to the standard as laid down by the Operations and Training managers and company SOP.

• Starting October 2023, assigned as Team Leader to the VIP Close Protection Team
• Provides supervision to a Close Protection Team to conduct Close Protection Operations for a Lukoil Senior Management Team
• Full responsibility for the operational preparation, rotational staffing and leadership of a PSD team that may include Expatriate, Local National ('LN') and Third Country National ('TCN') personnel
• Ensures that continued effectiveness of the Close Protection Team remains in relation to the changes of the local threat level
• Task planning and preparation: with due regard for the character and level of threat conveyed by the most recent risk assessment
• Briefings: of assigned Company and Client personnel prior to conducting tasks and whenever requested
• Mission paperwork: producing and submitting such reports and returns as required
• Incident management: in response to accident or incident including post-incident reports, recommendations and lessons learned
• Discipline the performance of assigned personnel to prescribed standards and reporting of poor performance or misdemeanor to the Project Manager
• Personal Protection Drills: requiring that Close Protection Officers ('CPO') perform tactical drills in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures ('SOP')
• Operational Liaison: communicating with and providing interface between the Company operations managers, clients, and local government agencies as required
• Task briefing: prior to mission/task departure, covering route selection and timings
• Weapons: ensuring their security, serviceability and daily maintenance while recording their presence and ensuring they are handled safely at all times
• Ensure MOI Weapon Compliance: Responsible to ensure correct paperwork carried by teams whilst deployed.
• Monitored team performance and provided constructive feedback to increase productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Internal and External auditing reports.

• Assist the Team Leader in the running and managing of the APT in support of the operations and to maintain equipment including the medical equipment and vehicles, and assist in the training of the APT to the standard laid down by the Operations and Training Managers and company SOP.
• Conduct daily operations in accordance with the clients request while ensuring the safety and security of the client is not compromised at any time.
• Plan and execute missions as directed by the Team Leader.
• Liaise with and report directly to the Team Leader on a daily basis.
• Report all incidents, accidents and disciplinary and security related issues to the Team Leader.
• Responsible for maintaining the communication link with the Team Leader during mission with an understanding of contingency back up plan in the event of communication breakdown.
• Carry out duties in support of the client.
• Responsible for ensuring the team understands and remains compliant with the Rules of Use of FOrce (RUF), Graduated Force Response (GFR) and Human Rights.
• Responsible for ensuring the team is ready to deploy on time with all the equipment ready for task, ensure vehicles are cleaned and fully fueled and ready for task, ensure all equipment is working and serviceable, ensure communications checks are conduct prior to mission commencement.
• Complete any other task given by the Operations Manager.

Responsible for maintaining law and order, protecting members of the public and their properties, preventing crime, and improving citizens’ quality of life.

This role involves a range of duties and responsibilities. One of the primary tasks is to deter crimes through high-visibility policing. Patrol assigned areas and monitor activities and protect people and property. Investigate complaints of variety of disputes and public disturbances, crimes and restoring or maintaining order when necessary.

• Respond to any kind of emergencies in a very short time frame
• Providing security during building searches and vehicle searches by day and by night amounts of pressure
• Riot/crowd control during riots, sport matches, protests
• Performing operations in support of the government institutions in the event of natural disasters and accidents on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia
• Escorting convoys and providing security for many VIPs from Macedonian Government, Ministry of Interior and Foreign officials
• Paroling areas to prevent, detect and investigate crimes, maintain public peace and order, enforce the law, provide first aid
• Providing security and escorting prisoners to/from prison
• Guarding vital government premises, facilities and sites, CCTV and gate keeping
• Compile written and verbal reports about daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment, vehicle or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons on premises, thefts and any other unusual occurrences
• Plan and execute surveillance and counter surveillance measures
• Investigate criminal or any other suspicious activities and gather information
• Search and identify persons under warrant and take appropriate action
• Provide assistance to other government agencies and departments.
