Performed a variety of tasks such as guiding clients through the Alaskan wilderness whilst sharing fun facts about the environment around the course. Inspected gear with a detailed eye in order to make sure safety was ensured whilst enjoying the zipline, and worked together with fellow guides through real-time decisions to create the safest, most efficient, and most enjoyable solution.

Assisted customers with various outdoor inquiries such as sizing and purchasing nordic skis, as well as assessing used gear for potential consignment. Also completed various tasks such as POS management, pricing items, and organizing the sales floor, whilst working with fellow coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.

Supervised and managed a team of individuals in order to promote professionalism and teamwork, all while maintaining a safe work environment. Assisted customers with various issues such as incident reports, membership activation and cancellation, and washing cars.
