Drive a “safety together” culture by implementing safety concern and incident reporting programs to eliminate risks and improve Total Recordable Incident Rate (Tier) year over year
Ability to collaborate and engage with employees to identify, record, and eliminate workplace hazards
Ability to apply and teach 5 Whys analysis to identify root causes
Develop incident and near-miss reporting systems to track and identify leading and lagging indicators, reducing workplace incidents
Lead an Engage safety committee team to increase workplace safety
Conduct Machine guarding assessment to identify high risk and eliminate high risk areas
Develop ergonomic committee team to help assist and teach and identity ergonomic risk throughout the facility
Improve and implement contractor safety programs
