I get along very well with our crew and create relationships with them which creates a positive work environment which leads to more success for everyone. I am younger, but still have the knowledge and the work ethic to be able to lead a crew through a job with a successful and profitable outcome. I have worked in many different situations in my six years at BBEC with most foreman and long time journeymen which has taught me the many skills i believe to have now.
