Lead Maintenance Technician, inventoried, commissioned, calibrated, and tested industrial electrical equipment to assist functionality for planned uses of medium-voltage, motor-driven compression of 300 MMCFD cryogenic gas plant. Coordinated effective preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosed faults by applying functional expertise, and troubleshooting issues to isolate root causes. Installation and repair demands of electrical and mechanical equipment, units, and systems are based on a careful review of technical documentation, maintaining an optimal spare parts inventory to meet expected safety and environmental protocols. Identified and corrected defects such as loose connections, frayed wires, faulted devices, and insufficient equipment. Adhered to all safety and environmental requirements for the Commercial and Environmental departments in order to accede to industry regulations. Aligned motors, pumps, seals, motor bearings, fan blades, fan belts, and compressor valves quarterly for annual compressor PMs. Inlet and residue gas processing, gas filterization, amine systems, hot oil systems, teg systems, propane systems, for plant circulation liquids handling.

Reported to Chaparral 100 mmcfd Cryogenic Gas Plant. Maintained plant and field facilities for equipment failure and preventable maintenance, reported to all daily trouble calls and call-outs. Utilized measuring and testing instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and testing lamps accurately, along with gas calibrating equipment, efficiently, and safely to complete installations and repairs on existing and new facility loop commissioning. Provided technical services for the Completions and Production departments. Collaborated with a diverse team of mechanical engineers, licensed electricians, construction-production foremen, and lease operators. Consistently worked on utilizing drawings and manuals, and coded accurate estimates and proposals for industrial projects. Examined goals and company expectations by expanding company production and maintaining high standards of service, extensively performed mechanical and electrical utility services for industrial-based instrumentation, automation, and programming fields.
