-Providing basic direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the registered nurse.
-Assisting patients with activities of daily living, Such as I/O, hygiene, nutrition, elimination, feeding, bathing, toileting, bedbath, oral care, Foley care, Repositing Ect.
-Assisting and document vital signs on Admission patients requiring vital signs or require to do Q4.Performing EKG stat, bladder scan by Nurses request.
-Assisting patient with and/or provides efficient care related to activities of daily living as assigned.
-Maintaining an accurate record of patient information and procedures performed.
-Ensuring patient and unit environment cleanliness and order.
-Responding appropriately to emergency event or stat and performing CPR/EKG.
-Ensuring patient identification and allergy band presence on the patient at all times.
-Responsible for the strict maintenance of patient confidentiality and compliance with facility and regulatory agency requirements.
-Completing orientation program and participates in learning activities to maintain and improve knowledge skills.
-Prioritize patient care and care related activities.
-Provide break relief or assistance to the unit clerk as needed and if applicable.
-Providing sitter duties when needed for a patient for safety.
-Responding to alarms appropriately and reports to RN when alarms are outside of parameters.
-Respond to customer / staff needs in a prompt attentive manner. Handle messages appropriately using communication etiquette, notifies Resource Nurse and others.
-Observe patient/family conditions and reports to Registered Nurse sudden changes or unusual findings. (admissions, transfers, discharges).
-Stock room with supplies and other items as needed.
-Transfer patients to off unit procedures according to transport policy.
-Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

-Assisting with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients.
-Attend mandatory in-services related to patient care and others as appropriate.
-Using the computerized electronic health record EPIC in accordance with job requirement and hospital policies and procedures.

-Perform direct patient care; observes and reports changes in the behavior and physical status of patients; provides a clean and safe environment; and performs related duties.
-Prioritize work and provides prompt and efficient service.
-Assist patients with activities of daily living, Bathes, cleans, dresses and undresses patients, Feeding, Bathing, Reposting, ROM. Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately, Provide basic nursing care to both acute and post-acute patients. Provide comfort measures to patient to prevent pressure ulcers, observe and report any deviation in patients' condition/status; keeps patient areas clean and orderly.
-Take vital signs, weights, measures input and output and records in chart.
-Assist in preparation of unit, rooms, and bed for admits and assist with the admission assessment.
-Assist in preparation for discharge and/or provide post-mortem care.
-Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatments, procedures, and any other health-related concerns.
-Answer call lights to determine patient needs in a timely and professional manner.
-Transports/transfer patients via wheelchair, gurney, commode, bed, walkers, Discharging ect.
-Performs duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology, blood borne pathogen/infection control standards and other hospital policy and procedures, standards and protocols.

-Provide sitter 1-1 duties when needed for a patient for Safety. Provide on-going observation and basic patient care. Educate patients on health related topics or discharge information per scope of duties.
Ambulating patients and assists in general movement for activity/exercises directed by the R.N.
