With a strong foundation in reinforced concrete structure execution and design, I specialize in 3D printing technology, particularly in the creation of low-carbon, 3D-printable cementitious composites with adaptable rheology. My expertise extends to managing large-scale construction projects, including residential and urban developments, ensuring precise execution and inspection of both reinforced concrete and steel structures. As an inspector of various construction projects, I prioritize quality and compliance, ensuring successful project outcomes from design through execution.
My role in this project is to develop fiber-reinforced, 3D-printable mortars with adaptable rheology. Our focus has been on reducing cement usage by replacing over 50% of it with by-products and pozzolanic materials in the 3D printing mixtures. These low-carbon mixtures underwent rigorous testing using advanced methods, and were subsequently 3D printed to assess their overall performance.
Our team from Missouri University of Science and Technology worked on the rehabilitation and retrofit of the concrete decks of two bridges for the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) using Fiber-Reinforced Ultra High-Performance Concrete (FRUHPC). The project involved replacing the outdated bridge decks near Columbia with a new FRUHPC deck. Additionally, we performed shrinkage inspections to monitor potential cracking after the FRUHPC was cast.
I was involved in the design of a cost-effective, non-proprietary Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) for bridge rehabilitation. My responsibilities included:
I executed the installation of the Steel beam and columns of a 7-story steel structure, including the execution and inspection of various types of joints with on-site welding supervision. My responsibilities also included installing the bases for the steel columns on the foundation, as well as leveling the vertical and horizontal alignment of each story’s beams and columns.
I completed several tasks within the defined timeline, including reinforcing each story's deck, casting, curing, and finishing the concrete, and constructing the shear walls from the base to the top. This also involved designing the reinforcement structure, implementing the rebar mesh on-site, and casting pre-approved concrete according to specifications.
My responsibilities and achievements in this major project included designing and implementing the sewage system network for three key regions in Mashhad city. I was involved in leveling the base to ensure the optimal slope for the pipelines, managing the project field to maintain an efficient timeline and meet the deadline, mapping the pipeline routes, and excavating the main access holes. These tasks were successfully completed under my supervision.
I worked as an inspection engineer overseeing the quality of reinforced concrete structure, including concrete quality, transportation, pumping delivery, consolidation, and reinforcement performance for a high-priority project.
