I worked on the Medical Surgical Unit for approximately 3 years before transferring to ICU. On the Medical Surgical Unit I was a bedside and charge nurse and preceptor of new staff.
In the ICU I have been a charge nurse, rapid response nurse, preceptor, committee chair and teacher.
I am a specialty nurse trained in CRRT, CVS, EVD/ICP, IABP and Impella.
I have taught the CSU-ALS class for many years.
