Hire, train, motivate, supervise, evaluate, schedule and terminate employees. Oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality control of food products. Manage all aspects of food service operations (profit and loss responsibility). Maintain excellent customer service by stressing " the customer comes first ". I opened up an new store on my own, I hired and trained every single employee and had them ready by the time the new store opend up. Not only did I have to hire regular employees I had to hire my management staff too, total around 47 emplyoees.
