• Follow regular PPE and ensure that safety guidelines are followed at all times while operating machinery.
• Carry out regular safety checks on machinery prior to operation like the settings, temperatures, and pressures. Also check if the materials that’s on the line are right
• Load parts onto conveyors and into the machine
• Perform aluminum/copper pieces test using micrometers to check for the correct numbers listed on the paperwork every 30 minutes
• Troubleshoot the machine when it’s stop
• Fill out the paperwork and input the numbers into the computer data
