• Oversaw marketing, ticket, community relations and game operations departments representing 20 Division-I sports. Responsible for building and executing marketing and ticket sales plans for all home sports with targeted emphasis on Men’s and Women’s Basketball.
• Supervised a staff consisting of up to four full-time employees, six part-time employees, 15 student employees and spirit squads. Included acting as the liaison to CLC (licensing), the Aspire Group (ticket sales), and 4Front (advertising & corporate partnerships).
• Managed $250,000 department operating budget with additional $100,000 of financial support from UIC-Student Affairs, a yearly advertising budget (varied), and corporate sponsorship sales activation budget (varied).
