I started at Walmart as a self checkout host. I worked as a Money Center Associate with more than 3 years of experience planning, and working with customers and associates on a daily basis. My job expectations were check cashing, providing customer service, transferring money world wide, processing customer returns, and resolving customers complaints. I also managed to run the floor when the front end manager was not at work. My responsibilities were scheduling, training associates, closing the store at night, dropping and picking up cash. Needed to do everything on the floor as well as fix any issues the customers have to report. After Walmart, I moved to Fedex to gain some warehouse experience. While working there I learned a lot about how companies work. I wanted to be a trainer but unfortunately there was no position opened so I moved to Amazon. After being with Amazon for a few months I was prompted to be a trainer. I currently train and lead people at Amazon but I want to keep moving forward for better opportunities.
