• ETL Lead/Architect /Data Engineer, State of North Dakota, North Dakota, Leading the ETL team for the State of North Dakota working closely with client and systems integrator partner staff to provide technical and business solutions. Leading the DataStage migration efforts under tight project timelines and additionally playing the role of migration specialist for the same. Expertise in resolving critical data issues with MMIS source. Actively involved in mentoring team members and helping them debug ETL code issues. Provide technical solution and guidance to the business and peers for resolution of issues in timely manner and expected project timelines. Working with end client in communicating all source data issues, updating the data model /database and deploying ETL code into Prod.
• ETL Lead/Sr Developer, Tenncare, Lead ETL team in development of ETL code to load the Tenncare data using STRIIM integration tool and Azure Data Factory. Developed the TQL in STRIIM for 300 tables and deployed the same in Development environment. Mentored the migration of the ETL code to Devops after successfully unit testing the deployed code. Designed the logic in Azure data factory for MCO Attribution, Edison and MCO Invoice files using a universal pipeline that can be used for various types of file formats. Completed development in short time span using Azure Data Factory and STRIIM compared to traditional ETL tools like Datastage that take more time and infrastructure. Deployed multiple tables in Snowflake independently with continuously changing layouts from the client. Worked on a completely new cloud environment transitioning from on premise data warehouse in a short span.
• ETL Lead/Architect for IRL Module, State of North Carolina, North Carolina, Involved in the design and implementation of enhancements and customizations of the IRL Datawarehousing System. Involved in the following tasks such as development and unit testing code enhancements, PEER review of ETL data stage code before deployments to various environments co-ordination with the Data Architect and DBA teams that helped in the smooth transition of the project to the Prod environment as per expected timelines.
• ETL Architect, State of West Virginia JSURS, West Virginia, Played active role in design, development and deployment of the Jsurs module comprising of complex business rules for end to end development of the Reference data module for end client. Migration of the code to all environments in a tight timeframe makes it more challenging to deliver the module as per timeframes. Multiple design enhancements had to be met in constringent timeframe. However ETL team succeeded to deliver the module with utmost deligence.
