- Leading a team of software engineers to build services and operations based on Kinesso Identity Product
- Led the team in building the Source Ingestion Platform using Airflow, to process 80+ billions of rows of data from over 30 sources to standardize, validate, monitor, and alert
- Led the team in creating metrics dashboard using Grafana for executive reporting of the metrics related to identity graph and source data metrics
- Being hands-on (40% dev and 60% team leading), designed and built several components using JAVA and Python

- Managed a team that built a tool to replace a legacy Data as a Service platform
- The tool was a large scale complex multi-layer product using AngularJS, Java SpringBoot, Spark/Hadoop and MongoDB
- Supported stakeholders in migrating over 900+ clients from the legacy platform to the new platform over 3 years
- Being hands-on (40% dev and 60% team leading), also built several components in the tool including the reporting warehouse using MongoDB Atlas
- Led the effort to build an ultra low latency edge store used for DMPs
- The edge store needed to process read operations in under 1 millisecond, with several billion request per day with the store size of a billion records
- Facilitated team meetings, hiring, onboarding, reviews, goal setting, resource planning, budgeting and other leadership functions
- Conducted various POC to select technology and work with vendors for the enterprise
- Created Apache Kafka Streams for ingesting streaming log data from web portals into Elasticsearch
- Also built a Counts Service for Acxiom’s Data Services API using GraphQL
- The API was used for syndication.
