Served as president and worked with officers to organize fun and collaborative events to help raise money for pediatric cancer research raising 5000 dollars by the semester end. Oversaw team meetings, making sure events were effective and on schedule, and working with sponsors and community members and leaders to host organized special activities, events and service projects.

Served as a volunteer for two departments at the hospital. Worked in the imaging department in the summer bringing in patients to the correct rooms and ensuring their safety and needs. Worked in the Critical Care Unit in the fall and was tasked with providing patients food, necessary materials, verifying nurse attendance logs, and restocking supplies.

Served as VP of communications of the Milton Hack Club. Created strategies to recruit new members as well as provide recommendations to the club officers policies to boost member participation. Communicated club events and meeting details with the club sponsor, members, and officer ensuring that there are minimal problems at club events and meetings.

Supported customer service improvements on the company's website with detailed feedback analysis as well aiding in enhancing website user experience ensuring the company's website is user friendly for customers. Collaborated with staff on marketing strategies and designs to help increase brand awareness.

Tasked to work in teams with other interns to help fix and improve the company's CRM database so the company can receive accurate and recent information from their clients. Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports and gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
