The Senior Client Services Coordinator identifies, defines, and analyzes information from member
hospitals in support of the benchmark reporting and performance improvement/quality management
objectives. Assists client hospitals in the analysis of their data to monitor clinical activities. Maintains
strong relationships designed to retain member hospitals, increase engagement, and high degree of
client satisfaction.
· Responsible for monitoring, submitting, processing and reviewing output of perinatal data for member hospitals of NPIC
· Involved in resolving data queries
· Collaborating with team for report writing and reviewing
· Works in close liaison with member hospitals
· Assisted in Project coordinator for AIM (The Alliance for Innovation for Maternal Health) and EMR project.
Knowledge of R and Fox-Pro Programming Languages for running data queries
Knowledge of tools and processes used in quality improvement
Knowledge of Excel for financial reporting
Understanding of policies, laws and ethical dilemmas surrounding health-care institutions
Knowledge of working on IBM SPSS for health data analyses
Proficient on Neehr Perfect- an Educational Electronic Health Record (EHR)
