• Working with supplier on behalf of requisitioner in getting the tracking information of the product/services.
• Following up and assisting supplier to post the invoice copy after the acknowledgement of PO.
• Analyzing the three-way match (PO,IR,GR) and resolving the blocks/discrepancy for PO by communicating with customer and supplier.
• Creating the new supplier creation/modification request if supplier is not setup for issuing the PO by obtaining all the necessary document from supplier
• Processing invoices into SAP for payment.
• The incorrect posting of invoices will be corrected by performing reverse and reposting as per the invoice copy and PO creation.
• Working on cheque payments, Payment rejections and Urgent Payments.
• Vendor Master Data support-Vendor data update, Bank details.
• Generating daily dash board reports ServiceNow tool.
• Research and resolving Accounts Payable discrepancies.
• Monitoring invoice processing, purchase orders, credit memos and payment transactions.
• Research and getting the correct invoice details (remittance details) to suppliers with help of payment amount and the date.
• Collaborating with various teams such as procurement, invoice processing, cash management, debit balance, payment rejection and vendor master data team.
• Modifying payment terms on the document levels as per the request or ticket received from the customer.
• Verifying payment methods and part bank type between invoice documents and vendor account level.
• Handling the payment rejection and working with vendor to reissue the payment with SLA.
• Achieve productivity targets. Metrics to ensure results are achieved.

Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay Process (P2P)

• Invoice Scanning, Splitting, Indexing, Verifying and Processing with PO and Non-PO.
• Manual Invoice Processing by resolving and matching invoices manually with GR.
• Verifying invoices processed by team members and ensuring that payment has been made to correct suppliers and there are no duplications.

Vendor and Invoice Reconciliation

• Reconciling invoices further if goods have been receipted or not and acquiring Proof Of Delivery, Bill of Lading and Delivery receipt from supplier.
• Reconciling invoices with pricing issues and availing discounts as per purchase order deal sheet.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding any queries on invoices whether it is related to shortage or pricing.
