There are multiple projects related to reporting at Providence Health Plan. One of them is a Weekly Funding Report that uses multiple data sources like Salesforce and Facets. Another major system replacement was Accounting of Disclosure (AOD), where the system was upgraded with newer reporting systems. The software development methodology used is Kanban and Agile Scrum.
The project was based on creating an effective new system for the State of California Air Resource Board (CARB) called Integrated Multi-Pollutant Emissions System (IMPEI) which is user-friendly and able to access the system in different environments. This system also generates multiple reports for the ARB users, in case of any analysis. The software development methodology used was Agile Scrum.
CWOW (Center Without Walls) is one of the major ongoing projects to build reports and dashboards for DaVita clinics. The other major project is MedSleuth Breeze, an organization bought by DaVita LLC. This project is based on integrating the MedSleuth system with DaVita’s Single-Sign on (SSO). Also, Clinical Conductor was another project that I worked on, alongside MedSleuth and CWOW, which is based on connecting the Clinical Research team to the Accounts Payable team to make sure the research participants are paid on time. Alongside, worked on other small production support, Data Integration and Data analysis projects which involved connecting with the business and architecture teams. The software development methodology used was Agile Scrum, SAFe Agile and Waterfall for each project.
SCAN Health Plan was replacing the existing Clinical Systems and some of the Customer Relationship Management systems with two efficient systems named Agent Cubed and MedHok respectively, to perform the Clinical and CRM related activities. This project utilized a hybrid approach of both Waterfall and Agile. Some of the dashboards were developed by the in-house Tableau Development Team and others by the SSRS developers. The software development methodology used was Agile Scrum.
This project was to provide enterprise data warehouse reporting for some of the Southern California Hospitals contracted with Alta Hospital Systems, a sister company of Prospect Medical Holdings.
