Aspiring cybersecurity and IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support, networking, and system troubleshooting. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity at Seminole State College, expected to graduate in Spring 2026.

In my current role as a Tech Coach at Asurion, I provide direct support for smartphones, laptops, routers, smartwatches, and tablets. I specialize in resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues while helping users feel more confident with their technology. This role has strengthened my communication skills, technical knowledge, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

I hold both the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA A+ certifications. My academic training has included network security, systems analysis, and Windows client management. As part of my degree program, I am also actively preparing for additional industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA Network+, Security+, Linux+, CySA+, and Cisco CyberOps Associate, all expected in 2026.

I’m passionate about building secure, efficient systems and am actively seeking entry-level opportunities in IT or cybersecurity to grow my skills and contribute to innovative tech teams.
