I have been working with BJC IT's DEI team for a few years. I lead the book club, who's aim is to provide a space for people to learn about various social issues in the community and workplace. We coordinate events, we assist the Employee Engagement Community, we provide opportunities for employee to meet each other as well as senior leadership in the organization.
