Additional Information - Summary

I try to use leadership in all that I do, I believe you have to be the example. Integrity is a choice. I personally thrive in high-stress environments because I love to problem-solve. The things that have made me successful in everything that I have done from working at Panera bread to being a lifeguard is my ability to connect and relate to almost anyone. To be a leader by being yourself not a front and to be available and helpful to those you work with or are just building relationships with. To express humility and the constant thirst for knowledge keep me progressing and making connections. Always shooting for that next step or growth point.
