Engineered and executed the complete data and analytics plan to test and evaluate a candidate Improved Threat Detection System (ITDS). My analysis provided evidence that the system's performance was inadequate for the operational environment and was high risk of completion for the ITDS Middle-Tier-of-Acquisition program. As a result, I successfully recommended against moving forward with the system, briefed these findings to a joint government-contractor forum for contract closeout, and safeguarded Army Aviation from adopting an ineffective technology.
