I’m confident in the basics. I can replace a toilet, fix a waste assembly, replace a water heater, I just lack experience. I have learned a lot very quickly but there is much more for me to learn.

I was a bartender at my local college bar. I learned a lot about customer service and the importance of talking to the customer. I also got payed extra to clean the toilets at the end of every night and that’s what got me interested in plumbing.
