I am an assembly operator on 1st shift plant 2 on BMW 1 at GKN Driveline, Newton, NC. I've been employed at GKN since June, 23rd, 2021. I love the job I do and the people I work around. I've developed a really strong passion for quality since I've been working at GKN. I always like to make sure that the quality of the parts coming in and out of the plant are within the expected specifications. I have a good eye for detail and can easily spot imperfections. I love learning all of the things that go into the process we do so I can better understand why quality issues happen and what we can do to prevent those issues from happening again so that in return we can better our NRFT%. I'm always open to discussing what we can do as a team to help improve our output of quality parts and working with both plant 1 and plant 2 to make sure we’re putting out our best work.
