I've worked at Poulin Grain for about a year. Before that I've had a job for about as long as I can remember. I started moving lawns and doing small carpentry jobs with my father since I was about 10. After that I worked on a farm doing chores every day before and after school. During sugaring season I was always in the woods fixing lines, tapping or making sure everything was running the way it should be. I am an extremely hard and reliable worker. It doesn't matter how long the task lasts I will make sure it is done and done to a high standard.
Loaded and unloaded trucks with the correct product in a safe and efficient manner. Worked with truck drivers and other members of a team to complete tasks. Kept tabs on some products that were going in and out to insure there was enough for everyone at all times. Operated equipment to minimize damaged product. Trained new hires on proper loading procedures, enhancing overall team performance and reducing errors.
