  • Inspect paperwork of all delivered equipment to confirm the customer it belongs to and the corresponding project it's for. Push every delivery Bill of Lading into Salesforce as its own ticket number, so the customer can track their equipment from their portal.
  • Inspect and take pictures of equipment for proof of delivery and any damage that may have occurred before or during transit. Note this as we push each delivery into our inventory system which will notify the equipment owner.
  • Track the equipment in storage from the day we receive it to the day we deliver it to site or the customer picks it up. Include each equipment ticket number in the daily operation report which ends up going to the corresponding salesperson for billing.
  • Coordinate customer visits, equipment inspections, and routine maintenance with warehouse teams and clients.
  • Compose weekly unidentified equipment reports and reach out to shippers and carriers to confirm equipment owners and projects.

  • Work directly with COO in daily operations meetings to assure nothing is overlooked and the daily load out schedule is completed in a safe, and cost efficient manner.
  • Oversee the daily load outs of customers stored electrical, mechanical, construction equipment on our trucks to head to the job site. Equipment ranges from 1 lb cardboard boxes and standard size pallets to 200,000 lb oversized loads and everything in between.
  • Forecast daily work orders for upcoming jobs to assure the needed vehicles, trailers, rigging equipment, cranes, and manpower is available and organized for load outs that are done 24 hours prior to on site project work.
  • Create a daily spreadsheet for load out crews to ensure the correct rigging equipment needed for each job goes on the correct rigging truck. Work with crane and forklift crews to identify the correct equipment requested. Send trailer and delivery truck numbers to field operations so the customers loaded stored equipment goes to the job in the correct order that it is being rigged on site.
  • Notify field operations the sizes and weights of oversized loads so the correct permits and escorts are acquired when needed.
  • Oversee routine inspections and maintenance of our rigging equipment (i.e. slings, shackles, lifts, jacks, dollies, spreader bars, gantries, chain falls, power and hand tools.).
  • Use GPS to track and reroute CDL drivers, cranes, rigging crews, trailers, forklifts, to different locations as needed to assist in load outs and to make sure different warehouses have the correct equipment needed to perform the next day’s work.
  • Work alongside warehouse and rigging crews with any help that may be needed( i.e. driving trucks, operating forklifts, rigging with cranes, working with hand tools, and any other manner of work).
