Detail-oriented facilities manager with experience in building maintenance and asset management across multiple residential properties. Known for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high standards of custodial services.
My primary responsibility was being in charge of maintaining general upkeep for custodial services in each residential building (13 buildings total). At the beginning of every shift, I would drive between each building, then go through every floor and mark down which supplies were needed for each custodian. I would then drive to the storage units and collect whatever supplies were needed. The job required me to handle dangerous/harmful chemicals and consistently carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Some other responsibilities including assisting in cart repairs, such as changing tires or replacing seats.
Substituted for classes during the summer school, including Jump Start to 3rd Grade, a Sport a Week, Coding, Digital Design, and many others. Some classes would be substituted for extended periods of time, up to three weeks, while others were done on a day by day basis.
Part of Loyola Marymount University's "Lions for Learning" program, which provided free tutoring to underprivileged communities. I would be sent into a different middle school every week, providing assistance to kids who needed help with math, history, or english. I would also help teachers by grading essays, tests, and homework assignments.
Taught/managed 4 classes of about 40 students each, ages 10-12. Was in charge of managing the safety of these children, as well as keeping constant communication with each childs parent.
