Work History

Warehouse Worker

Keystone Novelties Distribution LLC
11.2021 - Current

  • My biggest contribution to the company was my route managing position. I managed 7 tent locations and clerks in NJ to ensure that each tent was profitable and that clerks were given the best possible experience. I also collected cash and posted these cash collections to the route manager dashboard to ensure that the sales can be reconciled and count towards both the clerk's commission and final route sales total. I was responsible for safely transporting merchandise in an enterprise box truck and ensuring that clerks were stocked on water, ice, generator fuel and other miscellaneous needs.
  • Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
  • Checked packages and merchandise for damage and notified vendors.
  • Operated pallet jacks and material moving equipment to receive and transport items from various warehouse locations.
  • Contributed to achieving team goals with consistent punctuality, reliability, and adherence to established performance standards.
  • Operated forklift to safely move and safeguard stock and supplies in warehouse.
  • Labeled and accurately moved customer orders to meet shipment timetables and minimize errors.
  • Used hand-held devices and computers to record and monitor inventory.

Non-Profit Intern

Music For Everyone

  • Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports. Responsible for finalizing grant statements through Excel. I reviewed each instrument request from each school district and reconciled the totals to see if they matched the initial cost projection. I even caught some discrepancies and minor mistakes in the request sheets that affected the reconciliation process.
  • Conducted research on potential donors and partners, leading to new strategic partnerships and collaborations. Specifically, I was tasked with researching CBOs that matched with MFE's new Well-Being program.
  • Also responsible for writing a press release for a benefit concert. I was tasked with representing the organization at numerous events to collect donations, sell merchandise, and explain what MFE does for the community to interested people.
  • Lastly, I compiled publications relating to MFE's accomplishments to show potential donors how the organization benefits the community.
