Lead Technical System Administrator with ACC Federal Laboratory. • Implemented special mission system security fixes, operating system patches, and antivirus software. Develops, tests, and implements local restoral and contingency operations plans.
• Implements and enforces national, DoD, and Air Force security policies and directives. Performed proactive security functions to deter, detect, isolate, contain, and recover from information system and network security intrusions.

• Primary Administrator of Nellis AFB's C2IMERA (Command and Control Incident Management Emergency Response Application) system.
• Processes and reviews C4 systems requirement documentation, telecommunication service
  requests, status of acquisition messages, and telecommunication service orders.
• Maintained physical servers as well as cloud application, ran account management tasks, and achieved 100% uptime during 8 base wide exercises over 4 years.

• Manager of shipping and receiving department at merchandise/clothing warehouse that supplied products to all Nordstrom clothing stores in Southern California.
• Coordinated large deliveries of products, ran regular audits and inventories, and managed a team of 4.
• Reviewed established business practices and improved processes to reduce expenses.
