I have been in the food service industry for 8+ years, 5 of those years in kitchen management. I have worked in both front and back-of-house, but my knowledge is more extensive in the kitchen. Food is my passion, it is the only art form that uses all five senses. To provide a service in such a way is inspiring and motivating.
