Currently I am the Senior Partner of Maringe and Kwaramba Legal Practitioners.
I have been a registered Legal Practitioner practising law since 2009. I have 15 years’ experience.
I have dealt with areas like Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Labour Law.
I worked as a Professional Assistant at Gumbo and Associates between 2009 and 2013 before I opened the current legal practice.

I am employed by Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (Zimbabwe) as the Dean and Law Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Business Intelligence and Economics where I teach various courses towards the attainment of the Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) Honours degree.
I was also employed by Bindura University of Science Education as a Part-Time Lecturer between 2009 and 2017 before joining Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University. I taught in the Faculty of Commerce and I taught the following courses;
I) Labour law
Ii) Law of evidence
Iii) Business law
Iv) Company law
V) Insurance law
I was also an examiner with Zimbabwe Open University between 2009 and 2016 which included setting and marking national examinations in Business Law and Labour Law. In addition, I was also contracted by the same university to write banking and commercial law modules as they intend to introduce a law degree.
I am an external Examiner and Supervisor of the University of South Africa and I deal with students up to LLM level in the field of Insurance Law.
