  • I was treated with the pleasure of adding to there trip in any way that I could

  • During my time at bakers brewery I enjoyed the roles of host and server, typically at the same time
  • Due to the owner of the brewery's request there was only two front of house employees at a time during the day (host/server, and a bartender)
  • This meant I was in charge of a 14 table section including the seating, removing of plates and glasses and the serving of guests
  • The 14 tables rarely were fully occupied but it did happen and it was my first experience in a high volume/fast pace serving job.
