I programmed an arduino controlled robot to shoot ping pong balls at targets by moving along a track and adjusting its cannon angle. I implemented reloading and optimized the code for speed through minimizing processing times and pauses (87% time reduction) as well as programmed the bot to calculate the optimal sequence to shoot the targets (9% time reduction).
Worked with a team to create a mathematical model to predict the drop height necessary for a ball to go around a loop of a certain radius
Input the model in MATLAB in order to efficiently calculate the drop height necessary based on the angle of the ramp, coefficient of kinetic friction, and the radius of the loop
I designed a centrifugal pump in Solidworks, 3D printed the impeller and casing, conducted tests, and revised the pump to bring output up 157% from the first iteration.
I 3d scanned dozens of rock climbs in Utah and Nevada in high detail - typically exceeding 1,000,000 faces/polygons. Using Blender, I polished up scanning imperfections, closed geometry, and added text to create a 3d printable product. I launched an online shop to sell my models and take on custom 3D modeling projects: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Miniproj
