NOAH PAFFENROTH

I am a professional leader with a wide range of experiences in my brief tenure. I am a proven leader, manager, and problem solver in dynamic and challenging environments. I have had the opportunity to serve as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Hunter Killer Platoon Leader, and Executive Officer with an Infantry Rifle Company and a Multi-Functional Reconnaissance Company. I deployed to Europe with the101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in support of Operation European Assure, Deter, and Reinforce as a Platoon Leader, and was quickly able to integrate with partner forces and build crucial working relationships. As an Executive Officer I have spearheaded Company logistical support through GREAT Inspection, two Division Training Densities, R2E, and a JRTC Rotation. As a Hunter Killer Platoon Leader during JRTC24-10 I assisted in informing the Army on how to best implement drones and Electronic Warfare at the tactical level. I am a results oriented leader with a strong desire to help people reach their maximal potential.
