Complex problem-solver with an analytical, driven, and multitasking mindset, able to deliver 3 projects at once and continue to support afterward. Dedicated to completing demanding solutions and solving complex problems that have tight schedules and custom requirements while producing efficient, effective, and future-proof SQL and C# code.

• Assisted in spearheading initiative to employ leveling system for employee titles and salary ranges that was pushed up to the CTO - became the 1st person at SDI to be labeled a Level-II after 3 years of employment.
• Received Employee of the Month in October '23 for the handling of 3 large projects' go-lives that spanned the same timeframe, and delivered all 3 projects at once & supported them.
• Developed SQL software suite named LabelSort that enabled our company to seamlessly integrate solutions for 3PL customers, and is actively sold.
• Wrote a database statistic module named DataWarehouse and designed it to be more efficient than the previous iteration, shortening the stat compile time from 120 seconds to 3 seconds and allowing it to be successfully deployed to the field.
• Took over printer SQL software suite PandA and rewrote code that enabled product to be easier to understand, adapt to custom specifications, and to be overall quicker. Also created a Windows Forms application to allow the project to be built on-the-fly.
• Wrote company-wide software coding standard document to conform coding structure and techniques that is actively used and enforced.
• Plotted out main software suite using Miro boards to visualize each logic step in execution, which helped the Project Management department understand and better sell baseline software features, as well as getting the ball rolling on rewriting it within a C# application environment.
• Mentored 2 level-1 developers to assist them in projects and guide them toward thoughtful and efficient solutions, enabling them to become successful individual contributors.

I'm a gym rat; if I'm not working I am probably lifting weights.  I used to participate in powerlifting competitions in college and still lift heavy to this day.  

If I have downtime, I enjoy gaming as well.  I have a close-knit group of friends that I game with, and I find it's one of the best ways to blow off steam.

Of course, I have a lovely so-to-be fiancee that I love spending time with.  Almost every weekend we travel somewhere new within Florida or we are in Orlando for I-Drive activities or for Disney.
