

I've worked two jobs at Six Flags for two different summers, one as a lifeguard, and the other as a food&beverages team member. As a food server I learned many things, such as how to use a register, how to work with customers, how to multitask, keeping an area clean, restocking skills, and how to stay attentive to my surrounding and the people around me. As a lifeguard, I learned how to scan my surroundings for signs of distress, how to calmly de-escalate a situation, first aid/CPR certification, how to stay active for long period of time, and how to respond promptly and proficiently to a situation. From both jobs I've learned how to work together with other employees and form bonds with customers to ensure their comfortability.
