Noah Schweighardt

In May of 2021, I got hired in the Receiving Department unloading trucks and breaking down freight. In October of 2022, I switched to the Online Order Pickup Department. In this department, I would pull items from our store that were purchased online. Throughout my time at Menards I was nominated team member of the week several times. I got nominated for my integrity and my positive impact on the company. At Menards, I learned many key leadership and problem-solving skills.

In May of 2023, I got hired at Holcim. I ran haul trucks, bulldozers, loaders, and excavators in this position. I unloaded and loaded trucks with construction materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt using this heavy machinery. I followed proper safety protocols while operating machinery to avoid accidents or injuries. Daily, I would fill out paperwork precisely to ensure our aggregate counts were correct and sales were staying on track. I learned to be a team player and drive sales for this aggregate company.

I got hired at Culver's in 2019. I worked as a Crew Member running the drive thru, running orders, working the ice cream area and prepping meals. At Culver's I worked in a fast paced environment and learned numerous teamwork skills.
