An aspiring dairyman with a willingness to learn and hope to gain more experience to be ready to return to the family dairy and become the fourth generation.
East River Dairy is a dairy located in Central New York that milks over 1,300 cows, mostly holsteins with some jerseys. Within the last few years, the farm has put up a grain facility where it stores grain corn and Plenish beans they have harvested to grind into cornmeal and soybean meal to feed their animals.

C.U.D.S. (Cornell Undergraduate Dairy Science Club)

C.U.D.S. is a club at Cornell for students interested in Dairy. This club surrounds its members with opportunities such as Alumni speakers and farm tours. During winter breaks, the club goes on trips to either California to tour dairies (odd years) or Europe (even years) to tour and learn about cheese production, European dairy farms, and some of the other rules and regulations they have.
