  • Performed a variety of medical husbandry procedures, including regular venipunctures, collection of biological samples, and administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by animal health team
  • Participated in introduction and integration of new animals to existing social structures
  • Tracked elephant reproductive hormones and maintained extensive internal hormone documentation
  • Worked collaboratively to design, implement and evaluate training protocols for 1.2 Bactrian camels, using halter and lead-rope techniques
