Having only two jobs within my lifetime I have obtained valuable and irreplaceable skills for the workforce environment. From my work experience I have learned the following skills I value most:
- How to operate effectively under a time limit while still maintaining quality in my work and craft.
- The utilization of proper communication skills between my fellow associates, peers, and customer clientele in dealing with concerns, questions, and overall product knowledge.
- The ability to lead by example for those I am tasked with training while expressing patience and clear verbal / written communication.
- Skills in tech savvy based proficiencies including high typing speed, knowledge of microsoft apps including: Word, Power Point, Excel, and Email.
- The ability to understand and follow company procedures, mandates, policies, and practices within the workplace environment.
- Expressing the ability to be open to changes in the workplace while also adapting to new technical, operational, or physical workplace changes.
- The ability to be apart of a group team either in a leading position, or following position, while fostering organization, cleanliness, and positive outreach to my fellow work place staff, associates, peers, and workers.
