Quality Control Inspector

- Conduct site inspections and create detailed site maps indicating the designated areas for MHU or RV installations
- Visit construction sites regularly and provide progress updates to the Project Manager
- Test all appliances and examine homes for cosmetic imperfections in preparation for inspections
- Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections on occupied residences and address routine and emergency maintenance requests received via the service line
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all inspection and maintenance activities
