I’m interested in moving up within Amazon. I strive to be the worlds best employee. While diving deep into my work learning and being curious I’ve suggested 3 projects that my PAs and AMs have implemented in our work place. One of which is moving all the step stools to the end of the aisles, hanging them on the side of the aisle instead on having them on the floor in a 5s location. Them being on the floor was a big tripping hazard, people were running into them with their carts, and injuring their ankles. Not only did this prevent injury, but it opened more space in the Mezz for more employees to swiftly move to their next pick. Increasing productivity.I can’t wait to do more and help Amazon soar higher!
