Work alongside co-workers to efficiently manage crowds and the flow of customers. Manage cash handling duties responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting at the end of each shift. Serve high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends. Perform opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.

Worked in company with the other specialty areas and unit head leaders in organizing any and all sport activities. Managed own staff in leading and presiding over the numerous sport areas including Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Softball, and Volleyball among others. Organized staff meetings, daily time-off, monthly days-off, and summer ending evaluations for staff. Worked closely with directorial team in planning future projects and meeting with sponsors regarding sport areas.

Facilitated integration between multiple sectors of the Sleepaway Summer Camp program. Worked extensively to coordinate projects and activities with other specialty areas and unit head leaders. Was often teaming up with the Kitchen, Maintenance, and Cleaning staff in order to organize the practices and routines on a daily basis. Lead the Logistics team in managing larger projects such as Trip Days, Overnights, and Opening and Closing Day.
