- Assisted customers in selecting the proper golf equipment and apparel to suit their individual needs
- Provided information on golf course rules, regulations, and policies
- Organized golf tournaments, including setting up tee times and collecting fees
- Greeted customers upon arrival at the golf course and provided them with scorecards and other materials needed for their game
- Advised guests about greens fees, season passes, memberships, merchandise discounts and other services offered at the facility
- Took inventory of all supplies used in the pro shop such as clubs, gloves, balls, tees, ensuring adequate stock levels were maintained at all times
- Performed basic repairs on clubs when necessary using tools like re-gripping kits or club bending machines
- Operated cash registers accurately to process payments from customers for green fees or merchandise purchases
- Served guests with enthusiastic, helpful demeanor to promote positive, memorable experiences
- Built relationships with members and guests and created welcoming and warm environment that promoted future visits.
