• Advised as Asset Manager and supported ownership on the sale of a $15.5MM / 235 unit multifamily, workforce housing complex.
• Collaborated with legal counsel on property-related matters, including lease agreements, tenant disputes, and eviction proceedings.
• Interfaced with local municipalities on tax subsidies, various entitlement requirements and the private acquisition of public assets.
• Kept records accurate, detailed and fully compliant with reporting requirements to meet state, local, and federal housing requirements.

• Created real estate investment platform targeting underserved investment market throughout New York & New Jersey with $50MM assets under management.
• Supported the management and operations of multiple uses including hospitality, medical office, residential, industrial conversion sites, land, and self storage.

• Involved in the construction and asset management of what became The Bowery Hotel, a unique combination of new construction methods within an Old World design; named “one of the world’s best new hotels” by CNN.The project’s total costs were approximately $50MM.
• Supported construction project operations of 240 East 10th Street, a mid-rise condominium tower amidst traditional tenement housing, while keeping the East Village community theater intact. Acquisition & construction costs were approximately $35MM.
