In my role as Connections Pastor, it is my goal to help welcome and on-ramp guests or new volunteers to various ministries within the church. This role is an associate Pastor role, filling the gaps and alleviating various pastoral tasks for the location Pastor. My roles include, but are not limited to: preaching 6-7 times a year, hospital visits, counseling, baptism classes and baptism, leading communion, Sunday morning announcements, funerals, and weddings.

In my role as the Locations Security Pastor, I oversee the coordination and execution for all security needs across our 9 locations. This includes Sunday morning services, weekly student and children's events, monthly family team events, and yearly church outreach events. The team is comprised completely of volunteers with a Location Security Coordinator overseeing each location; directly reporting and communicating with me. I have also developed our security handbook, yearly trainings, and location evacuation maps.

Manage the campaign for all of North Oakland County. This includes processing applications, recruiting and training volunteers, developing relationships with local businesses, and overseeing toy collection and final distribution. The average reach of children for the last several years was over 2,300.

Oversaw and directed the Community Center for local community outreach. Coordinated weekly food handouts between two locations, several yearly outreach events, and ran a clothing closet withing the Community Center. Created and implemented a yearly community prayer breakfast alongside the local Community Coalition Director.

Coordinated Guest Services at multiple locations. Worked closely with volunteers to create a welcoming environment with an emphasis to connection with the church and available ministries. Trained volunteer coordinators to lead Guest Services in my absence. Ensured that the areas were up-to-date with church events, series, and handouts.

Managed the senior Pastors weekly schedule. This included meetings, speaking engagements, counseling sessions, and any other tasks designated by the senior Pastor. Served with other staff members in various ministry capacities.
