1. Creating, closing, and distributing cases for storm water inlet cleaning, line locates, and CCTV inspections on the CRMS/Salesforce system. 2. Gathering research from various resources to acquire the correct information needed for the duties. (EX. 074D Plats, D-Cad/C-Cad, Red Books) 3. At the beginning of each month, I am required to make a spread sheet detailing each job that been open, closed, and in progress. I Input the correct Information in the spread sheet to detail what has occurred over the last month. Experience with Excel is expert level. 4. Obtaining the information to complete the channel/creek inspections. Walking the channel/creeks to investigate to find any blockages, damages, erosion, and or silt build up to file in my report. 5. Coordinate with the customers, service agents and supervisors to complete the jobs and close them in a timely manner before the due date. This experience equates to 3+ months in related work.

• Supervising and completing routine inspections of Storm Water system, including blueprint review for drainage and other underground infrastructure
• Research sites, plat maps and storm water maps prior to work initiation
• Post inspection retain all records and photos in appropriate database

My daily duties consist of coordinating with the inlet cleaning supervisor to see what jobs need to be done prior to leaving the work location. Perform pre-trip inspection to ensure the vehicle is in good working and driving condition. Work at the job site consist of researching and reviewing the storm water maps to ensure we are at the right location. Record before and after maintenance process with pictures. If provided staff communicates with citizens on the request to inform them of the completed work as well as communicate and advise the public while in the process of performing duties. All related info is then provided to the supervisor to close the request. Work daily with outside contractors and vendors to assist in work related task. Perform routine inspections of Strom sewer to include review of blueprints pertaining to drainage and other utilities. Research and review plat maps associated with drainage.

• Supervising maintenance crew and spill response with over 10 years experience
