  • Work Closely with Spot and Time Charter brokers, the Tanker Operations Department and Tanker Research Department and gained knowledge, experience and insight in various parts of the business and international oil, gas and shipping markets.
  • Assisted in compiling , analyzing and disseminating information about various U.S. Gulf terminals to help assess their suitability for loading cargoes
  • Compile Bow Mooring Arrangement of multiple Vessels to identify if they were suitable CPC ships.
  • Looked up World Scale rates upon Broker request for various voyages and helped brokers with obtaining vessels Q88 data.
  • Helped Time Charter Brokers with reviewing and editing Charter party terms.
  • Offered technical assistance to support front-line teams with daily operations and special projects.
  • Maintained a current understanding of market conditions, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Gathered, organized, and input information into a digital database.
  • Completed reports and paperwork on critical information impacting operations.
  • Answered inquiries and provided information to Charterers, and Shipowners distributed appropriate paperwork and fulfilled requests to deliver excellent customer support.
  • Prepared Charter Parties and related documentation according to strict standards.
  • Maintained a spreadsheet of nearly 1,000 ports. updating the current port cost, and vessel restrictions associated with each port. To better assist Brokers, and clients in calculating the cost of their voyage.
  • Maintained a daily list of 20 to 50 ships we currently had fixed. Keeping track of their current position, and ETA's. To help clients stay up to date on the current status of their voyage.
