  Ensured historically correct substraight through installation of hand-split wood lath.
  Enhanced durability with application of three coats of high-calcium lime lime plaster sourced from UK.
  Restored historical accuracy by installing ornamental entablature, balcony, and pediments.

• Crafted molds from existing plaster capitals, crown moldings, and decorative elements for comprehensive repair and replacement of missing and damaged plaster across multiple floors.

• Created molds to replicate and replace damaged ornamental plaster work.
