• Managed the acquisition and maintenance of sponsors from 23 DoD and federal agencies to enable sensitive operations supporting national security. Collaborated and coordinated with numerous partners to maximize outreach efforts and leverage available resources to achieve organizational objectives.

• Planned, managed, and synchronized collection operations for over 120 personnel. Developed plans for armistice and wartime operations in the Indo-Pacific theater of operations involving multiple agencies and echelons to achieve national objectives.

• Organized and executed the first-ever bilateral debriefing event between Canada, Australia, and US armies, producing over 12 FVEY reports accomplishing the Commanding General's intent one year.

• Managed 35 MI Rangers in the 75th Ranger Regiment with an 18-hour, no notice, worldwide joint deployment contingency mission.

• Served as the MI Company Commander's primary advisor and technical expert and supported battalion commanders on HUMAN Intelligence (HUMINT) operations, training, authorities, policies, and procedures.

• Provided timely and accurate HUMINT to the Regimental staff and four Ranger battalions. Directs interrogations, Military Source Operations, and overt debriefs in support of special operations joint combat operations. Ensured HUMINT Operations were conducted under applicable laws, policies, and treaties.

• Enhanced performance by providing timely and accurate HUMINT to the BCT staff and seven subordinate battalions. Directs interrogations, Military Source Operations, and overt debriefs in support of combat operations.

• Boosted team morale by ensuring HUMINT Operations are conducted under applicable laws, policies, and treaties. Trained, coached, and mentored 19 Paratroopers in all aspects of HUMINT.

• Achieved team efficiency by implementing streamlined processes and communication tools through systems and intelligence architecture.
